Step 1: Measure the waist and hip size of the user with a measuring tape.
Step 2: Choose a diaper that fits the user’s size.
Step 3: Stretch the diaper width-wise and spread its ruffles, to prepare it.
Step 4: Place your feet inside the leg cuffs of the diaper one by one in the sitting position and then slide it upwards to the knees.
Step 5: Secure the adult diaper: Pull the diaper pants upwards in the standing position.
Step 6: Adjust the edges: leak guards to make them even around the thighs, to prevent leakage.
