TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon completion of payment of the agreed sum under the subscription model, the buyer will be henceforth referred to as the Subscriber.

 

The Subscriber will be credited the agreed quantity of Audelacare™️ items  (“Products”) to be delivered over the duration of the subscription. The subscription refers to the supply and delivery of the Products but does not cover any cost related to damage, loss or theft.

 

Eligibility

By subscribing to purchase the Products, thus agreeing to these T&Cs, the Subscriber represents that he or she is 18 years or older and is authorised to use the chosen payment method (including, without limitation, credit cards) for the purpose of purchasing the Products as described in these T&Cs.

Audelacare™️ reserves the right to limit, cancel or prohibit any person from subscribing.

Modification Of The Subscription Or the T&Cs

Audelacare™️ may modify these T&Cs or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription at any time for any reason. However, Audelacare™️ will extend commercially reasonable efforts to notify the Subscriber of material changes to these T&Cs by posting a notice on Audelacare™️’s website and/or sending an email to the email address provided to Audelacare™️ upon registration.

General Conditions

DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS

All deliveries and collections will be through Audelacare™️'s appointed shipping partners, whom may change from time to time as deemed appropriate.  The shipping method used will be at the discretion of Audelacare™️.

RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS 

The Subscriber acknowledges that a secure shipping address is highly recommended. Upon delivery, the Subscriber bears full responsibility for the Products.

In the event that the Products are delivered to the specified un-secure shipping address as provided, Audelacare™️ does not bear liability for the Products.

The Subscriber further acknowledges that providing anything other than a secure shipping address may result in delivery delays and additional delivery fees for which Audelacare™️ will not be liable.

FEES

A one-time subscription fee is paid for 3 months’ supply of the Products, the delivery of which will commence, subject to acceptance of the subscription offer.

This one-time subscription fee is subject to revision as deemed warranted by Audelacare™️. Any such change will be effective for any subsequent renewal subscription period. The Subscriber hereby authorises Audelacare™️ or their third party payment processor to charge his or her payment card for the applicable subscription fee on recurring pre-pay basis until the Subscriber gives one month’s notice to terminate the subscription. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth below. Taxes and any other charges as prescribed by third party payment processors may apply on the subscription fees.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any returns must be submitted online through the Return Form available on Audelacare™️ website. Return Forms will be assessed and subject to approval on a case by case basis.

Audelacare™️ will not accept OPENED Products.
