Place the cap over dry hair, ensuring all hair is covered

Warm the unopened cap in the microwave according to the package instructions for a more comfortable experience

OPTIONAL

Gently massage the cap over the scalp and hair for 2–3 minutes.

05.

Remove the cap and towel dry, if needed. No rinsing is required.
