We offer 2 types of shipping modes:
1. Non-Registered Normal Mail (Non-trackable)
(normally for free sample packs)
2. Courier Service

We offer free shipping using Courier Service for purchases above $70
A delivery charge of $3.99 will be imposed for any orders below $70.
Normal Mail Non-Registered vs Registered
Both Non-Registered and Registered normal mail are charged according to SingPost rates and are applicable for total purchases weight less than 2 kg (inclusive)

Shipping Method:
Normal mail will take about 3-5 working days to reach customers. However, during peak, sales and festive seasons, it may take a longer period of time.
In the event, if there is no one at home, delivery advice will be slipped underneath your house door to notify you for self-collection at the closest post office within 10 working days. Any unclaimed parcels after the stipulated time will be returned to the seller.
It is advisable that customers use courier service to reduce the risk of delayed or lost mail using local mail. Courier service is a more economical option.
Seller will not be responsible for any delayed or lost mail when normal mail is used. However, the seller will send a replacement for non-receipt mail if the courier is used.
