Adjust the upper strap to the correct position.
Fasten the upper strap to the desired tightness
Fasten the lower strap to desired tightness.
Check and adjust the lower strap to the correct position.
Check the straps and the knee to see if its comfortable, with the opening at the centre of the patella.
